A survey by iammoving.com revealed that more people are dropping off the property ladder than ever before and becoming renters. Fears that houseprices will continue to fall has led one in five home movers considering cashing in and moving into rented property. Findings back-up figures revealed last month which showed owner occupancy at its lowest figure since 1998. Last years figures are down 83,000 on the previous year.
