When you contact us

  • We will offer information on our service in a number of ways and all of them will be easy to understand
  • If you ask us for a brochure or leaflet we will send it to you within five working days
  • We will reply to all letters and e-mails within 10 working days
  • We will answer all telephone calls within 5 rings and give you the name of the person you are speaking with
  • We will offer you an office interview within 3 working days or at your earliest convenience

When you apply to join Edinburgh Landlord Accreditation

  • We will tell you if your application is filled in incorrectly within five working days
  • We will tell you if you have been accredited within 10 working days of receiving a correctly completed application form
