Tenant Survey

Tenant Survey

Edinburgh Landlord Accreditation is a scheme which recognises landlords and letting agents who aim to offer an excellent service to their tenants. In order to achieve accredited status, your landlords has agreed to abide by a Code of Standards which aims to ensure you receive the best service possible throughout your tenancy.

Some of the things you should expect are:

  • A property which is safe and in good condition
  • A written tenancy agreement
  • Repairs dealt with within an agreed timescale
  • Good communication with your landlord

Landlords who do not meet these standards can have their accreditation removed.

We'd like you to tell us about yout tenancy and the service you receive from your landlord. This survey gives you the chance to tell us how you feel. If you are experiencing any problems we can help you sort them out.

It's not essential that all the questions are answered. Please only answer those that are relevant.
